Hopefully your Flex is just in hibernation and this quick fix will get you up and running right away! FYI – we have not seen the Mini’s go into hibernation mode. If that still doesn’t work, then give support a call. If it doesn’t work, try again (make sure you hold the button down for at least 50 seconds).
